How does trading work?
Do you just drop the items on the floor and switch places with your customer?
Or do you right click them and select Trade, then a trade interface pops up.

You can drop trade but using a container that both of you have open is the more common method. There is no official trade screen. Some items disappear if you drop them like sand or flour and some others i can't think of off hand. Anything powder-like.

Also, anything worm-like; silkworms, earthworms and leeches disappear when dropped too.
