Regaining lost health in the third world?

Postby Durkle » Mon Mar 01, 2010 1:57 am

So I have a silly question..

As far as I understand, the only way to attain wool now is to tame one of those scary new sheep. And the only two ways to regenerate HP (permanent HP) is to either take a leech bath or to bandage your head.
Since I haven't found any swamps yet and my health is already pretty low from bear encounters, testing the water with ants, and misunderstandings with large groups of animals, I'm sort of in a pickle. Is my *only* option for now to find a swamp somewhere, or is there something else I can do to get my health back?

Sorry, I haven't played in quite a while and I've tried to get caught up on the announcements, but it's a bit jumbled.

Correct you are! Not to worry, though, my own dude is getting to be in a bit of a pickle himself, so we might actually do something about it. :)

But if you can find four leaf clovers you can feed those to a mouflon and it will let you shear it, right? And then if you have a loom you can make a gauze bandage?

Isn't that right?

How high do you need you're exploration*perception to be to find these allusive four-leafed clovers

There should be a way for lower level chars to help patch themselves up, perhaps catkin+bark+string that wouldn't heal as wel las bandages but safer than leeches.
