Nettle pants not working

I made a pair of nettle pants and can't put them on. The linen pants go on and off my character with ease. The nettle pants won't go on neither with the linen pants already on or with nothing on.

Any suggestions?

The Nettle pants don't go on the same slot as the Linen pants, attach the pants to the mouse by left clicking then left click on the Mannequin of the character, that should do it...

Oddly enough, they go under on the mannequin, but over on the avatar....
