how do i get clay in new world?

i know how to get it and where to get it and i read what he put up about only 1 per area unless at a hotspot but that makes making a kinlin imposible!!! you need to maker the clay at least a little more attainable.

Yeah It's pretty damn hard for me to get clay too, unless you luck out and hit a clay node (which there's absoloutely no clue as to how close you are to one/where one is)

I did 1 dig got clay, then up down the river again and again and again had to hearth back, still only got the 1 clay.

Clay comes in nodes now...you need to locate a node to get a reasonable supply.
