Problems finding Taproot

So yeah, i bought the foraging skill, even invested some points into exploration, and im still finding it impossible to find any spindly taproot to make string. This is kinda urgent, since i need the string for making dreamcatchers for making a landclaim.

What am i missing? Is there somekind of "Enable finding herbs" button somewhere? Something else? Or am i just unlucky and there aint any Taproot around?

Sorry, no that doesnt really help. Ive been scouring forest terrain and havent found a single taproot

Try investing on exploration some more. They're everywhere at 10+.

I've found loads and loads of taproot. Even at like. 6-7expl. Now with 15 explore I see them really.. everywhere. Look harder and put more points into explore and look into different areas.

You must have really crappy luck, because I've been finding taproots every fifteen minutes with 10 perception and 1 exploration. So yeah, my only advice is to get better luck
