Quality of WWW

Does the quality directly affect the chances for one receiving certain seeds from a WWW? (ex: do I have a better chance of receiving wheat seeds or something more valuable from a higher quality WWW?)

no, the area does, Supposedly it's based on a 100x100 tile area.
