cupboards fall to pieces

from what depends chance cupboard fall to pieces?

yesterday made cupboard, placed it on the stone. hour ago he was normal, no reds like others before fallen, now login - there is no cupboard, no items from it (it was in claim zone, and around by palisades, nobody was able to destroy it..)
on the other hand - there is cupboard on the ground stay normal for some days...

deterioration time.

for a cupboard its 1, so no warning. i dont know what else determines it, but unless it is inside a house it will fall apart in time. material q and skill values probably have an effect, plus how often it is used?

if it in a house - it won't falls? or it should be repaired some time even in a house?

m, how about houses - how often they needs to be repaired?
and about palisades - yesterday build - today 2 sections was red =\

houses never decay
build all other thing inside buildings or on paved ground
