a tried grow a field in a forest (firs), in a time some plowed places become forest again.
it depends from my skills, plow? or gust from land type and random?
and what if i plant grass at first and then plow it? will it drops plowed places, and if it - to grass or forest?

Plowed tiles will randomly return to their original tile (forest, plains, etc.) over time. No idea what you're asking in your last sentence.. but I think the answer is still it will return to its original tile over time if you plowed a tile.

in theory:
original forest. i plowed it and plant grass. - it will return back to forest in a time?
and if i after planting grass plow it again and plant seed - it will return into grass or forest? or there will be 2 random timers - into grass and into forest? (m, i think this question more to devs)

no it will always be grass unless you plant a tree nearby.

Trees generate forest terrain as they grow, but it's kinda spotty (ie you only get a couple of tiles randomly scattered around the tree). Deciduous trees generate deciduous forest, coniferous generate coniferous forest. Apples and mulberries don't generate any. I think hazelnuts don't either, but I haven't tried it yet.

Deciduous trees grow faster on deciduous forest terrain, and coniferous on coniferous terrain. Apples, mulberries and possibly hazelnuts don't grow faster anywhere.

to clarify what Potjeh said, evergreen forest (firs and pine) grow faster on the darker green forest tiles, while leaf forest (oak, elm, maple) grow faster on the lighter green tiles.

I haven't figured out what terrain willows grow best on yet. They only seem to exist naturally on swamp borders.

I've seen plenty of willows in deciduous forests.
