Health and hitpoint

Hello,

I recently get attacked lots of time by bears and my hp x/x/x,

I lost middle hp but also soft one, and i cant manage to get it up, its always on 1 ( e.g. 1/20/100 )

I tried leeches, but, they put me down fews time, and i didnt get back middle hp (i think i loss some)

What can i do?

You need to eat, if youre hungry you wont regen HP.
