Can't connect to server. "Connection refused" issue.

Hi everyone!
Please, help me understand why I'm experiencing connection problems.
I had been playing tonight, everything was good. Then there was some lags, and i decided to reconnect, that usually helped. Closed the client, tried to reconnect and...got an error "Connection refused". Tried again, again and again. Usually I got "Connection refused" but also had "Connection timed out" error.
I tried to connect from 2 different PCs, even placed in different towns, and got the same errors.
What can it be? Please help!

I have the same error using pacho's client, but can get in using the default autohaven client.

yeah, but i have official client only at home, and now i'm far away with only Pacho's client and official autohaven downloading extremily slow and stops at last. Cant download it for last 2 days already.
Thats shit...
