How chicks grow into grown chicken?

I have a bunch of chicks in a coop and there's plenty of space for them to grow into chicken, but all I see is their ql getting lower and lower maybe from the ql 1 straws i feed them :?

How long does it take for them to grow into chickens?

Sort of. Chicken quality can only be dragged down by inferior food, it can't be improved with superior food (you need selective breeding for that).
