NWEB: Death, inheritance and new skills.

So, Newb dies, newb starts with new character who inherits gear from old character, but for some reason even though I have the skills, I cannot use them. ??

I spent my new LP's into hunting, Foraging and Plant Lore, but I cannot again, hunt, nor forage, ?? even though my abilities show that I can do everything my old character could, I am assuming this is a programming error, as I can not do any of those things now either. (chop trees, make planks, create cupboards & chests)

When you reincarnate, you get the points you spent on skills (stuff like plant lore and baking) back, minus any points lost to reincarnation, and loose those skills. You have to buy them back. The Skill Values (Things like Cooking and Exploration) are kept, again minus point loss.

Yep, thats true,

But, my character can still access the full skills list via the buttons in the account, AND none of them work, even the ones I have the skills for.

Is that normal?

Are you sure your not getting mixed up between current skills and available skills.

Current are the ones you can do, available are the ones you need to buy.
