Regaining HP

I've been playing for many hours (75+). Slowly I lost HP. We finally managed to find some leeches. But the leeches regenerate HP so slowly they are pretty much useless. We have a whole cupboard full of them and when I've bloated them all I've regained about 2-3 hp.

In the time they unbloat I've already been in an encounter with a bear or something of the like. I've had 4 bear encounters just today. The worst part is that they hit you after you wake up again.

The last few days I've had my HP around 10, and now it is 3!

What should I do? We can't find any sheep. If I get hit one more time I lose all of my hard work just because sheep don't live in my area.

You may really need to take the time to go looking for clovers and find some sheep on grassland, hearth or mudflats. There really is not any other way and as you are so low, you really need to just get on a boat and go searching for the right terrain to find some sheep , use clover to get some wool and make you some bandages.

bears dont spawn on personal claim. so i may would help to set u a big claim to not be overwhelmed by a bear when orting to your hf....

I agree on the leeches. As soon as you can get away from the bear, just get some food and go searching for Yellow, purple or brightest green (not dull green or grey-green) land and find clovers and keep looking until you find sheep. It is about the only way to get healed up before you accidentally die. Then you can get back to work on settlement, until the I would make finding clovers/sheep number 1 priority. You may even consider moving to land close to yellow, purple or bright green land so you will have better chance for living comfortably if you really are too far away from one of these lands.

it is too bad there no common place to meet people or I would bring you some bandages. Without ROB there is really no good way to meet or trade anymore.

So you say we are skilled enough to tame a sheep? Don't they attack me and reduce my health even more? I do have some armor, but it only lasted 5 hits from the bear.

I wish I could tell you guys where we were. We live in a pretty unique spot, but we can't find it on any of the maps, so it must be new territory.

A bear wont spawn on a claim but may wander onto it.

to get a wool from a wild sheep you feed it a four leaf clover, you don't have to tame it.

Like Sabinati said, you do not need to tame sheep, just feed it four leaf clover and it will let you shear wool. 1 time for very clover. A for figuring out where you are on map. You need to find invisible wall...like if you find west wall then you maybe walk norh and south until you find another wall = corner and you can figure out where you are on the map that way. That's how we did it. We now know about where we are on the map.
