Are crossroads unlimited?

Just curious. Are crossroads unlimited? Orr, not really? Had some ideas since the first day I found out about crossroads.. which I guess at this point now was a while ago. So, anyone know if they're unlimited? Or are they limited to a #? orr. What. Feel free to let me know. :D

if you mean the amount you can place, no. you can only link i think 5 signs per crossroad.
