How do you regain hitpionts?

I just wanted to know how you regain hitpoints

You can put leeches on you (get them by standing in the swamp that's green on minimap). You should never use leeches when you're out of SHP, because they deplete SHP and give HHP, but if you're out of SHP they'll drain HHP. Or, if your perception and exploration are high enough, you can find a clover on grassland, feed it to a mouflon and get some wool. Use wool to make a bandage at a loom, and apply the bandage on yourself (needs first aid skill and free head slot). Bandages are much better than leeches.

to regain normal hitpoints, just keep your hunger bar better than "very hungry" (so in the orange or green)
