killed by a bear

Postby goldfighter » Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:22 am

i was just walking to my camp when suddenly a ******* bear spawned right in front of me and killed me i had no way out
i am just too unlucky those bears are stupid they are irritating for players that are not strong and dont have any energy left to run away

isn't it possible that bears dont attack you when you just walk around?

unless you're at a lake, the bear has enough reach to hit you, unless you run around a corner in the water

Are you sure it killed you and didn't just knock you the fuck out?

Btw, if you think this is a bitch, then be glad you weren't around when >lvl2 boars and foxes did the same thing... this new way is a yawn in comparison, and actually, I prefered and enjoyed the challenge of the 'old' days.

A more challenging environment with more fauna ftw

foxes would be unrealistic they usually dont attack stuff bigger than them, boars do, making forrested terrain that much dangerous

I would go with Sarge on this one. Sounds like you were more just knocked out and not really killed. Bears will ALWAYS attack you.

You use to start out with a lot less health too (around 20~30)...so, this reset is much kinder to newbs and to those beginning anew.
