Can it destroy hearthfires?

I don't think it can destroy a hearthfire, but I do know it can't destroy a claim. You can build on the claimed land and destroy things. You can also harvest things.

I can confirm that andalism can destroy hearthfire. Happened twice to me on one abandoned character and once on an alt with a claim on a mine.

So how does one get rid of a stakeclaim? Or village claim for that matter?

To get rid of a stake claim build a village idol near it -that takes five yeomen. Once the village authority points have built up the lawspeaker can "revoke the privelege" on the claim stake and it will disappear.

There is currently no way to get rid of a village idol however.
