how to get hunger

any ideas, how to get hunger now?

tried water - even it now doesn't seems produce starvation..
and seems tea absolute useless now..

I plow by hand, sit down. Not tried anything else.

Plow by hand / run on forest/jungle terrian.

Once stamina is down, then you can drink water.

Get KO-d. SHP regeneration drains hunger.

Soft HP is pretty fast. Almost close to how it was before.
