i dont have the option to plow im pretty sure i got all the skills needed but im still unable, so i have missed something, can someone ask obvious questions to i can feel stupid when i figure out what i forgot

am able to do it now through the plow i build thought the wiki said it could be done by hand but i didnt have that option in landscaping

You need the farming skill to plow field. I recommend you building a wooden plow to do it instead as plow field (hand plow) takes a considerable amount of stamina. To build a wooden plow, though, you need to learn carpentry.
