Anyone can walk through a village without criminal acts. You can also use crossroads and read runestones. To do anything else you need to activate criminal acts and have the act needed: theft, vandalism, etc.

With a claim you have to activate criminal acts to walk through and you cannot interact with stuff.

yes, you can just walk through, even without criminal acts turned on, you need to turn on criminal acts to walk through a personal claim though and in tha tprocess you leave scents of trespassing.

nad no, you can“t snoop into containers or interact with village stuff just with criminal acts.

and i would strongly advice, not to snoop around in foreign villages, because some of them have a strict kill on sight policy on such trespassers.

Well the reason I was asking, is I finally got the walls down and rebuilt to my palaside (Gates not walls..) And there is someone living inside, Now with this new LP system for Villages and not needing 5 people, IM going to attempt to maintain and run a one person village. :D
