4 HHP? if i were you i would find the closest swamp and get leeches, but be careful because if 4 SHP hit 0 you'll get knocked out, so use 1 leech at a time, as they heal HHP

First of all, make sure you're staying full on your hunger bar to heal SHP quickly. Here are your options:

1) Probably the safer option. You must find a four-leaf clover, which is found on grasslands (pink/green). You need a per*exp score of 200 to start seeing them. If you then pick up the clover and right click on a wild sheep, you will receive a piece of wool. You can use a loom to make wool into gauze. Apply it to yourself and the gauze will heal you slowly over time. This is the safest option.

2) Find a blue-green swamp with spiky things and other junk floating in it. Watch your equipment screen for leeches, which will attach to any empty equipment slots. Gather a few and then take them all off. Go back home and apply just one of the leeches. Then watch your HP bar very carefully. They will drain your SHP (red bar) for a chance to heal HHP. If your SHP hits zero, you will pass out and the leech will possibly kill you at such low levels of HHP.
Come back two hours earlier.

you need then to right click the sheep, have your axe in hand and choose sheer
Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.

Actually, leeches can be found in a wider variety of swamps now. No need to search for a particular type of swamp anymore.

Bone Glue is an excellent way of healing, because in this game your bones break all the time you have to glue them back together alot! You just need a cauldron!

He's just trolling around. Bone glue is used for building battering rams and initial palisade cornerposts, not for healing.

To answer your question though, for a clay cauldron you need 25 units of clay.
