Do you have foraging? If you get foraging and raise exploration that will give you a source of food. Spindley taproots, blueberries and chantrelles

Also, I gather you have hunting. Do you know how to catch live rabbits and chickens by picking them up with a right click?

Digging by a river bank will give you lp even if there is no clay.

Have you got carpentry? Building a house gives a lot of lp too. You need a bone saw.

If you have to build a foundation for a house build a plough and plough the land, get stoneworking and then pave it before you build.

I hope this helps!

For easy food, find a green, yellow or purple field and look for chickens. They are quite slow and if you have the hunting skill you can pick them up and butcher them for meat. make sure you cook the meat over a fire before eating.

Drink water to recharge your stamina bar. You will need a kuksa, made from two pieces of birch bark or a water flask or a waterskin to drink from.

Drinking water to raise your stamina will make you hungry a little bit faster.

the Best thing to do to be able to claim territory (cuz i had the same problem with haveing alot of skill and not being able to do it) is Catch rabbits and chicken. Because then you can get bones food and start the leather making process.
Then build a timber house. If you do all the work nessecary and then when you build it you can gain easily over 4000 LP

Also a way to get more LP faster is by going to the personal beliefs page on your character sheep and moving the bar closer to peaceful. this will move both the change bar and the peaceful bar. this will raise the amount of LP you gain from each activity.

when you get higher, find said area with chickens and hope for sheep (mouflon) or cow (auroch). fence yourself in at a stone (not an actual fence, but one made of 'contruction signs' for fires), and kill themself with a sling. Most cow herds have 6 animals and give 6 meat each. 36 meat. sheep have 13 or more, and 3 meat each, also 30+ meat

dont cut too many trees, just for lp. they DO NOT grow back
Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.
