cant find food! (Solved) so dont reply! >:D

I learned fishing and got all of the parts needed and went fishing but i never catch anything! Also the only reason im in this mess is because of a bug. When I put in my friends hearth code after i died, it wouldnt work. Anyways... Ive been walking around forever and cant find ANY food.

Have you seen any fish jumping? To find fish you need to find one of those fishing spots.

Can you manage to get foraging? Or if you have foraging to raise exploration a bit?

If your exploration is low and you find an abandoned boat you can cover much more territory without danger or food expenditure by cruising the river banks and hopping out when you see something to eat.

If you don't have hunting but do have foraging you can raid ant hills. Once you have hunting the ants fight back and they fight dirty so be warned.

If you have hunting and you have a 2 x 2 space empty in inventory you can pick up either rabbits or chickens by standing close beside them and right clicking on them.

for the fishing .. .. you need a fishing line (usually taproot found from foraging skill and survival/exploration incrmentable skill) a fishin pole, hook, and lure. if you have all those fish where you see fish jumping out of the waters fish there. if you dont have a boat, it many be harder.

if you cant do all that just get the foraging and plant lore.. i think... and look for edibles such as taproot and blueberries.



if you have the hunting skill you can sneak up on rabbits and chickens and catch them, kill em, cook em, eat em

I have fishing, hunting, AND foraging. I haven't seen any fishing jumping in any of the water. I WOULD build a boat, but i need to finish my timber house first. Also my combat sucks so much that ants knocked me out before.

I don`t think you need a House that badly insteed of Food don`t you ?

Ive got this PRIDE thing. and also a mild case of OCD so i NEEDED to finish the hoouse! and i did =D ill train my exploration now
