i took the ladder after making my guy I'm not just in some nooby training area until i gain some skills am I? If I'm not i was lucky enough to find a deserted area with a half built home now fully built (i hope) and want to start a farm there with my friends then a village (pushing for yeoman right now to claim it) it right now my friend have yet to make new accounts and I'm wondering if they can start were i am by some method if not how would they find me and i find them?

What you need to do is set a hearth secret, one that is not easily guessed, and only tell your friends.
To set a hearth secret, click on the heart on your user interface, and enter a phrase into the "My hearth secret:"
Make sure to click "Set" when you have entered the phrase
Tell your friends your hearth secret and tell them to create an account.

When they are spawning room, they must talk to the man with an orb, enter the hearth secret EXACTLY, and take the stairs that appear.

If they have done this properly, they should spawn where you are.

ok thanks and cool because I've already finished the house and am moving for yeoman as I'm in between two types of forest and by a river so i like the spot I'm in and want my friends to help me out as there doesn't seem to be anyone around
