So a friend of mine is trying to install the game and he said that once he gets to the Java part he literally stops. He went to the Java site and dowloaded the latest update.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Well, it could just be that the connection is slow right now (because of the high usage) that it just seems like it stopped.
