How to fish ?

So i have the fishing rod , feather fly , bone hook , i have no idea how to fish , whenver i try it says i need a fully equipped fishing pole ...

WEll thank you very much sir , now i guess i would ask how to farm ? I have the skill , some seeds but i don't know how to do it .

I've towed a portion near my house and dropped the seeds there = D idk if it will work though

Planting seeds requires you to pick up the seeds with a leftclick, and then place them into plowed dirt with a rightclick. Hope that helps.

Np, I know how it feels to miss information that appears to be common knowledge to everyone else. xD

As for the torches, equip one and then rightclick it from your equipment slot to light it. They last a long time, but do eventually burn out. Unequipping it will douse the torch and it can be used again later.
