how and where to find inkweed?

The question is clear, what skills do I need to find inkweed, and where can I find these? :|

You need foraging to see it. Perception and Exploration needs are minimal.

It is found on grasslands of all colors; Grass (green), heath (pink) and moor (yellow).
Come back two hours earlier.

IIRC, my exploration*perception was up around 200-250 before I started seeing inkweed.
