So i am ready to move out of my cabin and make a timber house. One question, how much more or less until i am able to demolish my cabin?

How much more or less what? Strength? Time? I don't think houses soak damage, so there probably isn't a minimum strength requirement, except the base 10. But they have quite a bit of HP and will take a while to destroy.

Log cabins have 500 HP and soak 5 damage. Timber houses also soak 5, and have 1000 HP.

Why would you even want to destroy your cabin? It's a great place to erect some cupboards in and trust me, once you expand your claim you will definetly need the storage.
