SO i decided to take a huge excursion and just travel the land in search of WWW's, i only found three and i must of crossed three rivers. But my question here would be that I stumbled upon someones else settlement and i went in (its claimed) to just check out their set up to grab ideas for mine you know, the owner was there and i wasnt able to explain why i was in there before i got kicked out, but i wasnt able to log back in in their land. From my understanding, you should be able to you just wouldnt be able to move? is this correct?

PS - To whomever that land was I apologize for snooping around, as i mentioned above i like checking other settlements out for ideas for my own.

If you logged off on claimed land that you are not authorized in, you won't be able to log in at that same location. You probably need to log in onto your hearthfire.
