The WWW or whatever its called

the thing u put in a H table and u get all kinds of seeds and such. what skill(s) do i need min. in order to find this and pick it?

8 Exploration, once you get 15 Exploration and above you'll start seeing them more often.

It looks like a small white leaf on the ground, it's exact name is Wild Windsown Weed.
I like apple juice.
