How long does it take for wheat to grow?

I just planted my first seeds for wheat. My friends are eager to see how long it takes and I just wanted to get a professional's point of view.

And while Im at it heres another list of stuff I need to know how long it takes to grow

Grapes
Wheat (mentioned earlier)
Poppies
Hemp
and Carrots

If you can answer all of these you will have a new intranets best friend lolol

First, I am not a pro, but I can give you relative answer in rl hours.
Grapes, wheat and hemp take around 48 hours.
Poppies are also around 48 hours but seem to take a bit longer.
Carrots need around 5-6 hours to get to 3 seed "white" stage, take few more hours for full maturity.

These are relative numbers, I am sure some pro will correct me and give you precise info.

I personally prefer a 3x3 design with the other spaces being used by the crop and placing a hive at it's center. Not space effective but it's very clean structure doesn't leave an eyesore. (Mainly I use this for crops that I don't need a spam of, I would leave a huge field for wheat, as well as hemp which can get out of hand if you want to raise quality so I usually work on quality in a more simple 3x3 grid until I max out for my farming skill then start to distribute in with the higher tier of the crops.)
