Alternative to right-clicking?

I'm on a Mac, and therefore have a single-button mouse. I would assume, since poking around the forums there are some Mac-users playing, there is some way to "right-click" without a right mouse button, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

Yeh it's just disabled by default. If you activate the second mousebutton then it'll work just like a normal mouse. You have to wonder why...

yea lots of mac users don't know about that or even prefer to not have the right click? i don't get it.
