Need Help With Learning!

Hey guys/girls, I would like to ask a small question about my learning ability,
How am I supposed to get up my learning ability? Right now its at "108%". My last person had "288%" and I have no idea how I got it up...

If you know the answer to my question please post. If not, just don't post.

Worth noting that drinking tea gives you a temporary buff to learning ability that is (if memory serves) based on the quality of the tea. Starts at around a 20% buff and I haven't gotten any higher than that.
