claim stakes indestructable?

I thought i saw in the changelog forums(announcement) that claim stakes are invulnerable(IE they cant be damaged)


is this true?

If that claim is within a village, even if the village is built after the claim is placed, the lawspeaker my remove the claim.

This is true, but Sabinati is also correct, in that they cannot be damaged.
