Solo Farmer/Baker/Non-Metal dude.

Okay, I have metal, but I am moving... because I don't play enough to have a whole mine to myself... sooo anyways. What should I try and setup for my solo playing base or skills to work on specifically for when I get into the trading world... if I have time. (Right now I'm pretty much.. 30+ in EVERY skill there is.) Some are higher but most are 30. With my limited playing means skills won't be going up like crazy like these did. But I have though of moving to a grassland so I have milk, for butter. And wool for gauze when needed. I may plan to one day keep my own cows/sheep. But at the moment.. I'm afraid I'd kill them lol! Anyhow any suggestions of what to get up, FEPs and such.. all greatly appreciated thanks in advance!
