whats a fast and efficient way to lose stamina

i need to eat about 240.000% worth of food(to get 134agility and constitution) so i need to drain a crapload of stamina to achieve that, any ideas on how to drain of stamina quickly ?

Just go to Terraforming, and click the Plow button, left click on any piece of unplowed ground and after hand plowing, you will waste 35% stamina in less than a few seconds.

Stump removal - 10% stamina loss very slow

And if your a dare devil.

Attempted Drowning - depends on how long you stay in the water.

Sprint - 50% stamina loss in a few seconds
