Village Claim - Each founder 15k LP?

Was wondering about this, wiki says 30k LP, announcement asys 30k LP. Do they just have to have it, or actually use the 15k LP?

The total amount is split between the founders. You must have had 2.

... and yes, you have to have 15k/30k LP available.

Why thank you, nice to know. Wish I could take the brunt of it, was saving up the 30k LP myself.

Derp: Tried it solo, didn't think it would work. Splitting it up though because everyone else has enough.
