How can i declaim area?

I found some interesting and abandoned place. But it is claimed.
How can i declaim this area? Should i place a village and destroy claim or something else?
Maybe vandalism?

Before you start, be absolutely COMPLETELY SURE it's abandoned, for your own safety as well as the investment of whoever owns it.

There's a skill called tresspassing that you can get, it's a bit costly but it will let you walk onto the land and interact with the objects, with that you could destroy the land claim and eventually make one of your own.

But i can't destroy anything with this skill?? I think i need vandalism for it

Vandalism allows you to destroy or build objects on the land owned by other player. (C)

Well shoot, now I feel dumb. I've got no idea.

You have to build a village and revoke the claim. Depending on it's size, it can be quite costly.

Yeah, Lawbro has no idea what he is talking about. Currently the only way to remove a claim is with village authority.
