but i can't imagine how to shear, skin and buther a sheep with a scythe in reality

Honestly, I think in rl I would rather shear, skin and butcher a sheep with a metal scythe blade than I would with a stone axe suitable for chopping trees and removing stumps. Your stone axe is going to have a very thick blade, which would make precision work tricky at best. It's not going to be very sharp either since for the purpose it is primarily used a sharp blade would tend to chip. The stone axe would be a dull wedge relying on the force of impact from its own weight to split the wood fibres. The scythe on the other hand has to be sharp because if it is merely heavy the plant stems would bend instead of being cut.
I picture myself kneeling in a mess of blood, wool and intestines, holding the blade by the blade while whacking myself in the head with the handle which keeps overbalancing the tool, and trying to pull the dead sheep against the edge, instead of the other way around. Talk about awkward!
Jorb and Loftar, please please please may we get knives made of copper and bronze? This sheep skin is now full of holes, the bones are a splintered mess and the meat is a mass of dirt, twigs, wool clumps, bugs, sand, grass stems and ants!
