For just walking over a claim, yes, Trespassing suffices.
You need vandalism to destroy things, theft to take things (and get inside houses in claims)?

Trespassing is good enough to go inside a house and look around but again you need theft to take anything.

i just tried it and i was able to mine in a claim - without the theft skill

right, but if you actually want to take the ore you need thievery. Otherwise you're basically doing the owner a favor.

Yes, I finally got theft. Don't hate me for it, since I will rarely use it until the time comes of me needing something very important.

P.S Oh, and to the players who has been playing since world 1 or 2.. Is being in a raid, very exciting? Because i would love to be in one when my character become stronger.
