She always full but second status line still at half and dont change (more than real week)

second line is "wellfedness", it takes a permanent loss any time the first bar gets empty.

What is the effect of breeding quality? Does it cap the qualities of the future offspring? Determins the variance of the stats for each generation?

It's a soft cap for all stats of offspring.
