How Do I Have My H&H Character as My Profile Picture?

Well, Title says it all, but can somebody tell me because quite a few people has got it...

not sure how the rest do it but the handiest i'd say is to press the 'Prt Sc' (print screen) and then open up like paint or something and then paste that onto the canvas. Then a lil cut pastie is needed

click the account link at the top, save the character's picture to your computer, upload it as your avatar
