Bears and Boars

has anyone else noticed a sudden increase in the numbers of bears and boars recently?

before i could walk for ages before seeing either but now i go 2 minutes outside my property and im running from a group of bears or boars

Oh, that would be nice if animal spawn had been increased to what it used to be. I could finally be bothered to hunt again.

How much Marksmanship would you recommend that I get before I try to kill a Bear? (Assuming I shoot from a boat @ shoreline)

Does seem to be more than before. Used to be I would have one, maybe two around my plot per hour, now I can't walk to the center of town without seeing a boar or two.
