Theft question

I recently had some silk and a coffer stolen from me. I tracked down the person that did it but they have thier land claimed. My question is to get my stuff back do I have to get the trespassing and theft skills or is there a way that I just don't know?

you can walk on claimed land with no skills, interact (e.g. open, lift) with objects on claimed land with tresspassing, and remove them from the claimed land with theft. you can summon the dude at his hearthfire with rage. you technically don't need murder to kill him but it makes it a great deal faster. good luck.

Ah thank you for the quick reply. Sounds like I will just have to write the loss off as I don't see me getting the LP in time to get it all back. Plus looks like his fire is in his house so no go on summoning him.
