To answer OPs question the only wiki for Haven & Hearth is on wikia.com ( http://havenandhearth.wikia.com )

However, be warned that a good deal of the data is outdated, wrong, or hard to access due to no actual structural work being done on the wiki.

You should indeed use the wiki for information, but anything that sounds wrong you should probably ask in IRC or on the forum. :/
