Ok, so I was wondering what were the requirments to have a mine provided to you by the admins. I PM'd them and asked but no response yet, is it towns only? Cause I've seen a single residence with them, so what can I do to allow them to get me one?

Anyone can get one. It's just that the devs are quite busy. Especially Jorb i believe, because he's got a summer job now. :D
