So what's the difference between.. fresh hemp bud and tobacco?

A cured hemp bud can be placed in a Pipe and smoked. Smoking lasts about 5 minutes and gains the "In the Fog" effect, which increases the amount of FEP gained.

The gain of FEP is ~10% above normal. (More testing to confirm?)

Smoking tobacco reduces Travel Weariness and gives the "Smoke & Fire" buff that temporarily increases Psyche.

Also, hemp has its use as fiber.
