Planting Bug?

So I'm trying to plan wheat in the last 2 spots on the southwest corner of my field, but it's not doing anything. I've got it plowed and everything. Was wondering if there was some other reason I can't plant here.

Occasionally plowed land will get a decay hit and revert without changing the graphic. Plow it again and try planting again and it should work fine.

I had tried re-plowing which worked on a third spot in the middle, but it doesn't seem to work with these two tiles.-

Try planting grass on the tiles, then plowing.

Can't plant grass on the tiles...can't build on the tiles either...I almost thing I've got a stealthed bumming sleeping in my corner.
