Looms- Where are?

I have cloth making, and while I can construct spinning wheels, I'd like to start making cloth. However "Loom" doesn't seem to be an option in my build menu or under craft. Does anyone know where my clueless self can find this loom option? (And if I'm missing a skill, which skills lead to looms?)

These leather pants are chafing without anything underneath and a bear stole my linen trousers.
