Cow info display

Am somewhat confused and no one in my village was able to help. The quality stats are self explanatory. But I am unsure about the 2 bars next to that. There is a red one and a brown one. Anyone tell me what they mean?

the two bars represent fullness and quality. If you let the animal starve it will begin to lose some if its quality forever. Keep the food bar full so as not to forever reduce the animals quality which you can see in the 2nd bar.
